Discovery as a continuous input to the roadmap, not a phase that closes before design begins. JTBD interviews, persona libraries built from real workflows, theme synthesis, prototype-based hypothesis testing. AI-accelerated synthesis means second-round validation lands while it can still change a decision - not after engineering has committed.
Multi-persona regulated workflows across automotive, public sector, food authority, and developer infrastructure. Designed end-to-end so the case worker, the compliance specialist, and the downstream auditor reach the same record through the same components. Audit-ready, accessible, system-grounded.
Hands-on leadership at small-team pace - running the playbook personally before handing it off. ~10 designers and engineers mentored one-to-one. 3 design systems built and governed. Annotation templates and Discovery rituals adopted across the wider Capgemini design practice. POV on AI: "AI accelerates synthesis - it doesn't replace judgment. The point isn't to prototype faster.
