This Site is operated by Teodora Duric ("I", "me", "my") and is intended as a personal professional portfolio showcasing my UX/UI product design work, case studies, speaking engagements, and contact information. It is not a commercial product or service.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on this Site - including text, images, graphics, design layouts, logos, and case study narratives - is the property of Teodora Duric and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Where projects are shown for clients (BMW Group, Capgemini, Bord Bia, Bitmovin, and others), the underlying client trademarks, logos, and any production design assets remain the property of their respective owners. Case studies are published with confidentiality in mind: original client artifacts under NDA are not shown, and any visual representations are faithful recreations for illustrative purposes only.

4. Permitted use

You may:

• View, download, and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial reference.
• Quote brief excerpts of public Site content for educational or editorial purposes, with appropriate attribution.
• Share links to pages on this Site.

You may not, without prior written permission:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of Site content.
• Modify, copy, or create derivative works from the design, layout, or case studies.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria.
